Works to Common Land- Section 38 Application

SECTION 38 OF THE COMMONS ACT NOTICE

Darby Green Playing Fields part of Yateley Common

Yateley Town Council has applied to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for consent under section 38 of the Commons Act to carry out restricted works on Darby Green Playing Fields part of Yateley Common. The Planning Inspectorate will decide the application on behalf of the Secretary of State.

The proposed works are: laying a tarmacadam surface to the existing car-park, the area it will cover is 1365 metres square. The works will be located Darby Green Playing Fields, Darby Green Road.  A copy of the application form and accompanying documents can be inspected at the Yateley Town Council Office during normal office hours until 8th October 2018.

 Any representations should be sent in writing ON or BEFORE that date to The Planning Inspectorate, Commons Team at 3F Temple Quay House, Temple Quay, Bristol, BS1 6PN or commonlandcasework@pins.gsi.gov.uk.
