Carbon Literacy Courses

We are now holding Carbon Literacy Courses for our Officers and Councillors, and Community Leaders outside of Yateley Town Council. Courses are taught by our Climate Change Officer, Dr Suzanne Pinkney, who is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.

We will be holding a course on Sunday 12th July. Time TBC but likely to be 9:00-17:00.

The course is the Carbon Literacy Project’s Community Leaders Course, click here for more information about the course. Community Leaders are typically people involved in a local community group, such as charities, non-profits, social enterprises, faith groups, and activism organisations. However, you do NOT need to fit into these categories to attend the course, just that the course is aimed at people in those kinds of roles. If there is sufficient interest, we will add more dates so if you cannot make the 12th July, please contact us to say you are interested but would like to attend on a different date.

Cost is £15 per person for those who are not Officers or Councillors at Yateley Town Council. This covers the fee we are charged for certification from the Carbon Literacy Project. Click here to enquire or complete the form below.
