Yateley Town Council Plan
How the Council plans its work
Yateley Town Council uses three connected planning documents to make sure our work is well‑planned, affordable and shaped by local priorities:
- The four‑year Strategic Plan sets the long‑term direction for the Council. It explains our priorities, what we want to achieve for the town, and the principles that guide our decisions.
- The Annual Action Plan sits under the Strategic Plan and sets out the specific projects and activities we will deliver in each financial year. This is reviewed and updated annually.
- The four‑year Business Plan shows how the Council will deliver its priorities in a financially sustainable way. It links our strategic objectives to staffing, assets and resources, and directly informs the annual budget and precept. It also reflects feedback from public engagement and consultation.
Together, these plans help ensure that the Council’s work is transparent, financially responsible and responsive to the needs of the community.
