How do I report a dead animal, abandoned vehicle, fly-tipping, etc?
Hart District Council is responsible for fixing these issues and you can report them online via https://hart.fixmystreet.com/
Who do I report potholes or other issues with the roads to?
Hampshire County Council are responsible for the roads and repairing potholes. How do I report a problem on a footpath?

How can I report an illegally parked car?

How do I book a tennis court?

When is my bin day?

My bin has not been collected. Who do I need to contact?
Bin collections are the responsibility of Hart District Council. To report a missed collection, please go to https://www.basingstoke.gov.uk/missedcollection-hart
There is a tree that needs maintenance. Who do I contact?
It depends who owns the land. First of all, check the tree is not on private land, if a tree is owned by a neighbour then you will need to contact them. If the land is owned by us, or you’re not sure, please contact us. Trees with a Tree Preservation Order need written permission from Hart District Council before any maintenance can be carried out.

I want to report some antisocial behaviour (ASB)

How do I report a problem with a river or stream?

You can report problems such as damaged river banks, dead fish, pollutions, illegal fishing, and unusual changes in river flow using their 24 hour hotline on 0800 80 70 60. Where can I find planning applications?

Who looks after the play areas in Yateley?
We look after the play areas at Yateley Green, Frogmore Green, Monteagle Open Space, Churchill Crescent, Fallowfield Open Space, Winton Crescent Open Space, Lower Canes and Hearsey Gardens. Please report an issue to us if you see any problems at these play areas.
I’m looking for a space to hire for a class, birthday party, meeting, or social event

Is there a cemetery in Yateley? Can I be buried there?

How do I get a bus pass?
Hampshire County Council are responsible for issuing bus passes. Bus passes are available for those of the state pension age, disabled people, and disabled people plus a companion. Please note, your pass will not be automatically renewed if it is not used regularly.
How do I get an allotment?
We have allotments at Swan Lake, where there are 44 plots. There is currently a 7 year waiting list. Please note that allotments are only available for residents of Yateley, Darby Green & Frogmore Parish.

Who is responsible for CCTV in Yateley?

Where are the nearest bottlebanks?
Hart District Council have removed many of the local bottlebanks as glass is collected via kerbside recycling. At the time of writing, bottlebanks can be found at the memorial park in Sandhurst- in the car park by the cafe- Tesco and M&S at The Meadows, and Sainsburys in Watchmoor Park.
