Meetings
The Council conducts the majority of its business through Council meetings, which are held on an approximately 6 week cycle.
Most meetings take place on a Monday evening at The Oak Room, Council Offices, Reading Road. The majority of meetings are open to the public and residents are welcome to attend to ask questions about any item listed on the agenda. The Open Forum agenda item provides an opportunity for members of the public to bring matters to the attention of the Council relating to items on the agenda.
The council also has several other Committees and Working Groups, which meet as and when required. See details of other Committees and Working Groups.
