Community Climate Forum
We hold Community Climate Forum (CCF) meetings on a quarterly basis in the Tythings. These meetings are informal and open to all. We usually have a quick update about any climate change Yateley Town Council climate news and then we have an invited talk from a community group or similar organisation. Slides from previous meetings can be found below. Meeting dates for 2026-27 are 27th July 2026, 26th October 2026, 25th January 2027, and 26th April 2027.

We are very excited to announce we will be holding a screening of the People’s Emergency Briefing in our next meeting, along with a discussion. Please see the PG rated trailer below. Guidance for the film is 16+, however we will allow children accompanied by parents as it is officially rated as 12A. We are asking for guests to get tickets for the screening to ensure we do not go over capacity for the room. Tickets are completely free, please click on the link below to reserve yours!

We welcomed Lisa Scott of Energy Alton to our first meeting of 2026. Energy Alton provides advice on reducing energy costs and making homes warmer as part of the the Environment Centre’s (tEC) My Home Made Better scheme. Lisa’s presentation is below.
