Every year, Yateley Town Council helps to organise Remembrance Sunday, along with Yateley & Hawley Royal British Legion, the Yateley Lions, and the churches in Yateley. The Act of Remembrance Order of Service is after the service timings.

Weekend of 18th October, the poppy cascade returned to the hedges around the War Memorial and the poppy appeal started on 23rd October.

On Sunday 9th November:

10:00 Service at St Barnabas

14:30 Remembrance service at St Swithin’s Church (limited space)

15:10 (approx) Parade to War Memorial

15:30 (approx) Act of Remembrance Service and wreath laying

There will be a wreath laying at the war memorial at 11am on Tuesday 11^th November where the Mayor and others will lay a wreath.
