Community Halls
We are now using the booking system Hallmaster to manage our community halls. This allows regular hirers to easily log in to view their bookings, see receipts and invoices, and request changes to their bookings. To check availability and request a booking, please see the calendar. More information on each of our halls, including room sizes, internal photos and a video tour, can be found by clicking on the hall names in the photos.

- Please contact us for rates for registered charities
- We generally hire from 08:00 on weekdays and 07:00 at weekends. Events must finish by 23:30 and halls must be vacated by midnight
- Keys need to be collected during our office hours and returned to our office, either during office hours or put in our post
- For one off bookings a minimum hire of three hours must be taken after 17:00 Monday to Thursday and from 17:00 on Fridays to 23:30 on Sundays. Any set up/set down time must be included in your booking. We find that 30 minutes either side of the booking is usually sufficient, e.g. for a party 13:00-15:00, we recommend booking 12:30-15:30.
- For regular bookings the minimum hire is one hour with access 15 minutes before your booking starts
- £100 damage deposit for bookings
- These halls are not suitable for 13-21 year old birthday parties
- All the halls have heating and kitchen facilities but are not licensed for food preparation and we do not provide crockery, cutlery, and glasses
- All the halls have chairs and tables for up to the maximum capacity
- All the halls have WiFi, details and QR codes to connect are inside each building
- Bouncy castles are not allowed at any of our venues
